How our work is organized
INADESU is divided into five departments: Department of health, Department of entrepreneurship and agricultural development, Department of advocacy and human rights, Project management department, and education research and development.
- The health department handles all health-related issues and organizes health workshops and awareness campaigns.
- The department of entrepreneurship and agricultural development is responsible for training women and men to conduct agricultural activities in a more advanced manner, thereby contributing to the increase of the nation’s agricultural output. It organizes workshops for farmers to teach them techniques that will increase their crop yields. In addition, it facilitates the distribution of fertilizers and other farming equipment to farmers. Finally, the division helps people of all ages and abilities (including women, men, children, and the disabled) obtain training in a wide range of skills that can improve their quality of life.
- The department of advocacy and human rights coordinates the association’s efforts to empower individuals to defend their rights. In addition, it conducts campaigns to promote gender equality and shed light on the issue of gender violence. In addition, it is responsible for identifying cases of neglected members of society and connecting them with the appropriate organization. Likewise, they pinpoint places where outreach could be most effective.
- The department of project management is responsible for ensuring that the association’s projects are carried out in an efficient and accountable manner. They monitor the progress of all projects and provide both interim and final project reports. They are also responsible for writing grants and designing and composing concept notes for new projects.
- The department of education, research, and development is in charge of carrying out projects aimed at improving the educational needs of Cameroon’s pupils and students. The workshops they put on aim to improve students’ academic performance. They’re also in charge of planning activities that boost students’ intelligence in elementary school, enable high schoolers to reach their academic potential, and equip higher education university students with the research skills they need to contribute meaningfully to their fields.
